Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois [OCSI] is searching for an Orthopaedic surgeon(s) [Hand/Wrist and Total Joint] to JOIN OUR TEAM!
COMPETITIVE SALARY, STRONG REFERRAL BASE, INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM OPPORTUNITY, POTENTIAL PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY, EMPLOYED POSITION, PRIVATE PRACTICE, NEW STATE OF THE ART LEVEL II REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. GENERAL ORTHO CALL IS A 1:4 REQUIREMENT.
Financial package-
$650,000 base guarantee for 2 years, $50,000 sign on bonus (if selected candidate desires - 1/2 available upon signing and 1/2 upon commencement), 6 weeks PTO + 8 holidays. Multiple ways for production include; collections (double base salary during guarantee period), PT, MRI, APP (not available during guarantee period), patients/surgical volume.
ASC buy-in opportunity (separate from partnership track), and Call Pay ($$$ available upon request during discussion).
This is a private practice with partnership opportunity for the ideal candidate with available shares in the Ambulatory Surgery Center. This practice gives you the opportunity to work alongside 4 fellowship trained Orthopaedic surgeons, a Pain Management physician, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Physician Assistants. Located in Mt. Vernon, Illinois and within an hour drive to St. Louis, Missouri at the intersection of Interstate 57 and 64.
OCSI offers onsite Digital X-ray, 1.5T MRI, Interventional Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Sports Medicine Program. In addition to the Mt. Vernon campus, Orthopaedic Center of Southern Illinois has satellite offices in 4 locations and draws from an 11 county region serving a 300, 000 population. OCSI is located next to SSM/Good Samaritan Regional Health Center.
